Logg said...: Wine is best enjoyed with fresh oxygen mixed in and after being stored in bottles for so long they lose much of that oxygen.
People will often swirl their wine around in their glass to mix it with oxygen to add flavor, but to pull out the full potential of the bouquet one can use a decanter which mixes just the right amount of O2 into your fine wine.
